PAYMENTS, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

PAYMENTS

Accepted payments by the Owner (ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l) are:

  • CREDIT CARDS (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB, Visa Electron, cash card, qualified Maestro Bancomat)
  • PAYPAL
    it allows you to buy online easily, without typing on the website the data of your credit card. The amount of the order will be debit to the account at the confirmation of the order.

The shipping will be done once the Owner has received the payment on his bank account.

 

TIME AND DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping, taxes, and discounts will be calculated at the time of the order.

RETURNS

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48hrs of receipt. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 14 days from receiving it. It is valid only for items bought on this website.

Conditions to exert the right of return:

  1. The express communication of your decision to return the product have to be communicate to the Owner within 14 days from the reception of the order, by sending an email to info@hempy.it or by registered letter at the address ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l – G. Prina street, 15- 20154, Milan (Italy)
  2. Only after receiving a confirmation mail for the return, you can return the products always within 14 days from the reception. The address where the product has to be returned to, will be communicated in this email.
  3. Please enclose relevant bank and account information. And please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment.
  4. The product has not be used
  5. The product should be returned new and in the condition in which it was delivered
  6. The product should not be damaged

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because of the un-respect of the conditions 1,2,6.  In this case, you can choose to have back the product, at your expense. On the contrary, ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l reserve the right to detain the product and the amount of this one.

You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because of the un-respect of the conditions 4,5.  In this case, you can choose to accept the reduction of the return amount, which will be communicate, due to the decreased value of the returned product. On the contrary, you could choose to have back the product bought at you expenses. If none proposal will be accepted by you, ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l reserve the right to detain the product and the amount of the decreased value of the returned product.

Time and terms of reimbursement

Once ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l will receive your return and checked that all requirements have been respected, you will receive an email with the confirmation of acceptance of your return. In case it would be established the existence of the decreased value of returned product, you will receive an email with the amount docked for the damaged product returned.

If you had respected the conditions mentioned above, you will receive a refund within 14 days from when we receive the product at ANSCE BIO GENERIC s.r.l. Costs associated with payment and delivery processing are covered by the customer.

Consumer code

These conditions for exercising the right to withdraw, considered an integral part of the “Sales conditions”, are governed by the Italian Law and in particular by the Legislative Decree No 206 of 6 September 2005 about the Consumer Code, in Chapter I° “Consumers right in contracts”.
