For bank wire payments, please remember to state your order number or contact person, otherwise the delivery time will be prolonged since we have to match the orders.

Each order made by the user is an offer for the purchase of the products. The order is subjected to the availability and the discretional acceptance of the owner. To complete the procedure of purchase on this website, the user has to select products and complete the registration, after verifying carefully the information contained in the order summary.
The order is effective after the confirmation of the same and it shall be subjected to the payment of the amount, included VAT, delivery charges and all charges indicated in the summary order model. The order will be executed according to the order summary and the confirmation email, subject to the availability of ordered product. The owner reserves the possibility to do not confirm the order, communicating the eventual unavailability of one of more of the purchased products at the user, within 5 working days from the reception of the order, to the email address of the user. In this case, the owner will pay back the amount of the order, included the delivery charges.

The photos of products have been adapted to the website and the visualisation tool and for this reason they are only indicative of the aspect and the size of the products; so, they could differ partially from the presented images.

Moreover, in the event of supervening unavailability of some products, even after the order confirmation (caused by manufacturer or suppliers fault or other unforeseeable causes), the owner will communicate to the user the delay in the delivery or, in agreement with the user, the refund of the amount of the ordered and not available products.

Invoice
For each order, if user have specially requested it by clicking on the appropriate box in the form of order and have provided the necessary data (validate VAT and FC) during the account registration, the owner will produce an invoice of the sent products and will inform by email the holder of the order. The user specifies the details of its data on the invoice at the time of the order request. No successive amendments are allowed.

5. CONTRACT

The present “Terms and Conditions”, the eventual policy or rules of functioning or behaviour published on this website represent the contract between ANSCE BIO GENERIC Srl and the user.
